  • Track team performance through reports, MIS, and ensure timely achievement of sales appointments/leads.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and closure.
  • Maintain discipline, team spirit, and positive work culture within the telecalling department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹18,000.00 per month
