Job Description :

  • Handle documentation related to clearance from SEZ (Special Economic Zone) areas.
  • Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, stores, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation of final export shipments in coordination with stores.
  • Scan and maintain all export documents in relevant folders for record-keeping and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, Excise, and international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with banks for submission of post-shipment documents, issuance of BRC, and related export finance matters.
  • Update and maintain IEC (Import Export Code) and other regulatory licenses.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, resolve logistics-related issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Optimize export costs while maintaining efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, QA, Production) for accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation audits for export processes.
  • Manage pre & post export documentation (Invoices, Packing List, COO, LC docs, BL, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
