About the Role

We are looking for a
Creative Designer
to take charge of Saptham's visual identity as we continue to grow and expand. This role offers full creative freedom, you'll be designing everything from packaging and brochures to social media campaigns, animations, and digital ads. More than just executing tasks, you'll be shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered. As a key creative partner, your work will play a direct role in strengthening Saptham's presence and helping us connect with a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual identity of Saptham across digital, print, and packaging.
  • Design engaging social media creatives, reels, and ads that reflect the brand story.
  • Create marketing collateral such as banners, brochures, presentations, and flyers.
  • Develop packaging designs that balance aesthetics, brand voice, and consumer appeal.
  • Produce animations & motion graphics for campaigns and video storytelling.
  • Support UI/UX design needs (for website/e-commerce enhancements or future digital platforms)
  • Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to align designs with brand strategy.
  • Experiment, innovate, and bring fresh creative ideas that push the brand forward.

What We're Looking For

  • A versatile designer with a strong, diverse portfolio (
    1–2 years of experience preferred
    ).
  • Skilled in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (
    Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
    ); familiarity with
    Figma/Canva
    is a plus.
  • Experience in
    branding, packaging, and motion graphics
    ; exposure to
    UI/UX design
    is an advantage.
  • A strong sense of ownership, someone excited about the opportunity to
