About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Creative Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful designs across digital and offline platforms, while also leveraging
Generative AI (GenAI) tools
to integrate creativity with AI-driven workflows. This role requires a balance of strong design fundamentals with the ability to experiment and innovate using AI as a creative collaborator.

The Creative Designer will conceptualize, develop, and deliver a wide variety of marketing creatives and campaigns, while continuously refining their skills through collaboration and feedback. This role offers the opportunity to shape compelling brand experiences that not only meet project objectives but also push creative boundaries with the help of AI-driven design processes.

What You'll Do?

• Conceptualize, create, and amplify design for various platforms on Digital Media, CRM, Merch and Print collaterals (OOH, Standees, etc.).
• Leverage Generative AI tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate design workflows, integrating AI into the creative process while maintaining a human-led vision.
• Create short-form videos and motion graphics using simple editing tools or AI-driven platforms to support campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Experiment with AI tools for video ideation and quick-turn content, ensuring brand consistency while keeping workflows agile.
• Select and integrate colors, fonts, and images to create engaging layouts with an eye for detail.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track, aligned with goals, and delivered with high-quality output.
• Work with content teams to create cohesive creatives that blend compelling visuals with impactful messaging.
• Use data, insights, and past learnings to optimize future designs.
• Explore and experiment with new design approaches using AI-assisted creativity while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly using both manual and AI-assisted design refinements.
• Partner with fellow designers to push creative innovation, proactively generating ideas for upcoming campaigns and projects.

Requirements For The Role

• Proven work experience as a creative designer (~5 years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic experience with video editing or AI-powered video tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Descript, Canva, etc.) to create simple, engaging video content.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, print, and web.
• Ability to think innovatively, creatively, and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and open to exploring AI-augmented creativity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• An eye for detail and a drive for perfection.
• A passion for creative design with curiosity to continuously learn and experiment.
