About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert financial advice, develop personalized financial strategies, and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, taxation, insurance, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and cash flow.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans including investments, tax planning, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable financial products and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and review financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with clients' changing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated with financial regulations, market trends, and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic financial solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment, tax, and estate planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and client-first mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory role is an advantage.
