
Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
Contact potential customers via phone to introduce Vector Systems' products and services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales by explaining product features and benefits.
Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and offering solutions to their concerns.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals by following sales scripts and processes.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through regular training sessions.
Learn and apply new sales strategies to improve performance and results.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales efficiently.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Qualification: Any graduate
Monday to Saturday
Work from office 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
