Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close trucking companies and fleet operators across Canada.
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, and negotiate deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the internal team and Nomad representatives to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Track and report sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Contribute to refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and team processes.
- Mentor junior sales associates when required.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years
of experience in B2B sales, ideally in
fuel cards, logistics, or trucking
. - Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the North American or Canadian business landscape.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Tech-savvy — able to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms efficiently.
- Fluent in
English
(Punjabi or Hindi is a plus for trucking client communication).
