About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Negotiate salaries and rates with consultants and employers.
- Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years in US IT recruitment.
- Education: Any graduate degree.
- Shift Timing: Night Shift (EST/CST time zone).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
