What you will be doing

Enphase support teams work 24*7 and 365 days a yearCandidates will be required to make Outbound calls and set up appointments with Enphase End User Customer for support technician to visit the user's premisesCoordinating with Enphase Field Service Technician to schedule site visits. Assisting other team-members with troubleshooting and/or administrative tasks as neededCandidate may also be required to answer inbound Emails / Chats / Phone calls Enphase customers during assigned hours Candidates must be open to work on weekends and night shiftsDocumenting all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platformFollowing departmental conventions and proceduresParticipating in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase product-specific informationProfessionally represent Enphase via all communications mediumsAbiding by all company policies and standards of conduct contained in the Enphase Energy employee-manualPerforming other duties as assignedConducting remote troubleshooting of Enphase productsTroubleshooting, approving, and executing warranty claimsProviding pre-sales information about Enphase productsAssisting with the activation of new Enphase sites as needed

Who you are and what you bring

Should be a Graduate – B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC or MSC in Computer ApplicationsMust have German C1 Certification.Should have a minimum of 2-year experience supporting customers in Tech Support or Customer Support role. Freshers will not be considered for the roleGood Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers, and managersStrong verbal and written communications skillsComputer literate (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable)General understanding electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics background would be highly desirableExposure to solar/PV-related environments will be beneficial
