About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Field Service to lead the post-sales service operations for our Bangalore region. In this role, you will work closely with our Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), channel partners, and customers to ensure fast complaint resolution, seamless service experience, and service readiness for new product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the service network across Bangalore (ASPs & Channel Partners)
  • Ensure 80%+ complaint closures within 24 hours
  • Monitor and improve TAT, SLA, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product training & CRM technical training for service partners
  • Coordinate spare parts planning & warranty claim settlements
  • Audit service centers to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Analyze recurring issues and share insights through monthly MIS reports
  • Support service readiness during new product rollouts

Who We're Looking For

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Field Service / After-Sales Service
  • Experience in Consumer Durables / Appliances / Electronics / HVAC preferred
  • Strong understanding of service networks, spare parts, warranties & complaint handling
  • Comfortable working on-ground & coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, relationship building & training skills

Location Requirement

  • Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
  • Kannada language is a must
