SENIOR MANAGER SECURITY

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduation/ Ex Police/ Ex Defence / Major Level with 12+ years experience of handling the security department in a corporate sector.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 12 20 Years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing security of the entire property - Commercial Sites, IT Parks, Residential projects for Pune region.

    •    Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.

    •    Adept at preparing and managing budgets.

    •    Ensuring compliance with local regulations.

    •    Coordinate the security operation with the location managers.

    •    Lead a team of security officers.

    •    Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards.

    •    Conduct risk assessment, Security set up, audit & organizing training to Security personnel

    •    Must be thoroughly aware of security procedures in a corporate setting, including use of CCTV, etc.

    •    To initiate the ERT (Emergency Response Team) and manage the activation of the emergency response    plan to reduce loss.

KEY SKILLS:

•    Knowledge of Relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies, laws, legal codes, government regulations.

•    Process oriented and adherence.

•    Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.

•    Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•    Good communication skills, Knowledge of Marathi would be preferred & IT skills.
