Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up for payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Should have knowledge in GST filing, TDS computation, and coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance.
  • Process employee reimbursements, salaries, and related tax deductions.
  • Ensure all invoices and vouchers are properly filed and documented.
  • Support management with financial data, budget preparation, and analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.
  • Good command over MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
