Role Description

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of editors, reviewers, and authors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of manuscripts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain editorial policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, nurturing the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Handle escalated issues and inquiries, maintaining a positive relationship with authors and reviewers.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Eligibility:

  • 8+ years of experience in Peer Review Process
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in publishing software, manuscript tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Location : Chennai /Pondicherry
