Job Title: International Business Development Executive (BDE) – Premium Clients
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Experience: 0–3 years – Entry-level candidates with exceptional high-sales skills)
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing International BDE to drive premium client acquisition for our marketing agency. The role focuses on high-value clients in Real Estate, Finance, and SaaS/IT sectors across Dubai, UK, US, Australia, and Singapore.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role with direct responsibility for international revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Premium Lead Generation: Identify high-value international clients in Real Estate, Finance, and SaaS/IT sectors.
- Client Outreach & Pitching: Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, calls, and webinars.
- High-Ticket Deal Management: Pitch premium agency services, negotiate and close high-value international contracts.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term strategic relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Research international markets, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Customized Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals for premium clients.
- Revenue & Targets: Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals for international premium clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BTech, MBA, BBA, or equivalent
- 0–3 years experience in international sales / business development / lead generation
- Excellent English communication & persuasion skills
- Deep understanding of premium client acquisition, high-ticket deals, and negotiation
- Comfortable working in different time zones
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Finance, SaaS/IT sector is a plus
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and high-energy personality
KPIs / Metrics:
- Number of high-value international leads generated per month
- Deals closed from premium clients
- Client follow-up & conversion rate
- Client retention & repeat business
- Sales pipeline management and proposal success rate
Growth Path:
- 0–3 years: International BDE (High-ticket client acquisition)
- 3–6 years: International BDM / Account Manager (Team + Process)
- 6+ years: Head of International Sales / Business Development
Package & Incentives:
- Base Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
- Commission: 5–10% on closed high-ticket deals
- Quarterly Bonus: On achieving revenue targets (₹50k–1 Lakh per quarter)

Pay: ₹25, ₹41,667.00 per month
