Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Bhopal. The Front Desk Officer will manage receptionist duties, greet and assist visitors, handle telephone calls, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office administration tasks, operating office equipment, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing schedules
  • Familiarity with office equipment operations and general office administration
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer applications and basic office software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
