Portfolio Manager – Personal Loans

Location: Kalina, Mumbai

Experience: 7–12 years (Retail Lending / Personal Loans)

Education: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Analytics), CA, or equivalent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager – Personal Loans to lead end-to-end product lifecycle and programme execution. The role involves managing P&L, portfolio strategy, credit policies, and driving digital initiatives for sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product roadmap including pricing, features, and eligibility
  • Own P&L – budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
  • Conduct portfolio reviews – disbursals, delinquency, yield tracking
  • Lead process enhancements and digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • 7–12 years of experience in Retail Lending / Unsecured Loans / Personal Loans
  • Strong knowledge of P&L, credit policies, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience in product management and programme delivery (Agile preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
