Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely closure.
- Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and risk assessments to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization and profitability.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance (automobile/manufacturing sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel and other financial tools.
