Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure quality control in line with company and client specifications.
  • Optimize manpower utilization, machine capacity, and raw material usage.
  • Implement lean manufacturing & cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and design teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor factory safety protocols and compliance with statutory norms.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, productivity data, and efficiency metrics.
  • Manage and motivate factory staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of glass & facade fabrication / aluminium fabrication / cladding works (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with production planning & process improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, EHS compliance, and factory laws.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, analytical & organizational abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering.
  • 1015 years of experience in factory / plant management, preferably in faade, glass, aluminium, or construction material manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing mid-to-large size factory teams.
