What Youll Do
- Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat for a premium airline client.
- Resolve queries with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
- Use tools like MS Office and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) for managing reservations and customer support.
- Work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment, including weekends (with rotational weekly offs).
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
- Energetic, customer-centric, and a strong team player.
- Background in aviation, hospitality, travel, OTA, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with GDS platforms (like Amadeus or Galileo) is a bonus.
