
Development & Sales Executive - Air & Train Cargo

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Air and Train Cargo (Domestic & International).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and submit daily progress reports to management.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry contacts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth handling and timely delivery of cargo.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the cargo/logistics industry (Air & Train Cargo experience preferred).
- Established network in the logistics and cargo domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
- Candidates with prior experience in companies like Blue Dart, Sampark Logistics, OM Logistics, VRL Logistics, Safexpress, etc., will be preferred.
