IV. Job Description:

It is multitasking and individual role contributor.

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and proposal development in the areas of environment, natural source management, agricultural, climate, and urban related aspects. The role includes understand & developing Terms of Reference, developing technical proposals, preparing presentations, report writing and supporting business development & project teams with evidence-based insights.

The candidate should demonstrate strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to transform data and concepts into well-structured reports, proposals, and project deliverables.

V. Flexibility to work under tight deadlines, occasional travel for project requirements, extended availability during proposal submissions, and commitment to result-oriented KPIs.

(C) Profile Qualification

I. Academic / Professional Qualifications

Full time master's degree in planning, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Work or allied fields.

II. Post Qualification Experience:

5–8 years of relevant experience in research, consulting, or project development in environment, natural source management, agriculture, climate, and urban related aspects.


• Exposure and experience in Development Sector will be added advantages.

III. Skills / Competencies:


• Strong expertise in proposal writing, report drafting, and research analysis.


• Proficiency in preparing presentations and technical documents for clients and stakeholders.


• Ability to comprehend and interpret ToRs / project briefs effectively.


• Good knowledge of at least of the focus sectors- environment, natural source management, agriculture, climate, and urban.


• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

IV. Additional / Plus Skills:


• Exposure to working with bilateral & multilateral funding agencies and donors.


• Familiarity in business development.


• Innovative, problem-solving, and ownership-driven approach.
