, delivering end-to-end business process solutions.

We're looking for a
hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership
to oversee multi-entity finance operations, ensure audit readiness, drive compliance, and enable process automation.

This is an
excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant
seeking to step into a
Finance Controller / Global Controllership role
within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions).
  • Drive accurate and timely month-end / year-end closures.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.
  • Support group-level consolidation across entities.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure India GAAP compliance while aligning with US GAAP / global standards.
  • Support direct & indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, and RBI / FEMA matters.
  • Coordinate statutory and ROC filings with auditors and consultants.

Audit, Controls & Process Improvement

  • Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely query resolution.
  • Strengthen internal controls and documentation processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

ERP, Systems & Automation

  • Serve as key user for
    NetSuite ERP
    or equivalent systems.
  • Collaborate on ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Provide financial insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund allocation.

Qualifications

  • CA
    with
    5+ years
    of relevant experience (preferred).
  • CA Inter
    with
    8+ years
    of relevant experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

  • Strong accounting, reporting, or controllership experience in
    BPO / Shared Services / SaaS / ITES
    setups.
  • Exposure to
    multi-entity, cross-border
    finance operations.
  • Knowledge of
    India & US GAAP
    , consolidation, and compliance.
  • Proven experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with
    NetSuite ERP
    or similar systems preferred.
