Winvesta is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our IIT Graduation Program, aimed at empowering graduates from the class of 2024 In this role, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, working directly with the founder's office across various functions such as coding, product management, marketing, and sales..Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills by identifying and resolving challenges efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Product Development: Contribute and direct the ideation, design, and development of cutting-edge financial products that cater to our clients' needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify market trends and customer preferences, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Help craft effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Technical Engagement: Participate in coding tasks and technical projects, contributing to product enhancements and feature developments.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an IIT, graduating in 2024 or earlier.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. You should feel comfortable speaking to strangers.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, ReactJS, Django, ReactNative) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Data First Thinking: An ability to work with data, derive insights, make recommendations and act. You should know SQL.
