We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. The role requires managing office facilities, vendor coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth support services to different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise office staff, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor office expenses and prepare budgets for administrative needs.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, facilities, and ensure safety standards.
  • Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle asset management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Support HR and management teams in employee engagement and office-related needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
