Position Overview:

The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, preparing invoices, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures smooth billing processes and supports the finance/accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
  • Handle customer billing, payment collection, and billing-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update billing records and customer account information.
  • Verify billing data, prices, discounts, and service details.
  • Manage daily cash/online transactions and ensure timely deposit.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and customer service teams.
  • Reconcile billing reports and daily cash summaries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer details.
  • Resolve billing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, accounting/billing software, and computer systems.
  • Good math ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
