As an Emerging Growth Advertisers Account Manager:, you'll work closely with our self-serve advertisers to drive revenue growth, optimize campaigns, and ensure client success. You'll provide tailored, data-driven solutions, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize value for our clients. If you're passionate about digital advertising and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in digital media, specifically in advertising account management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in native English.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Experience with native or display advertising platforms (preferred).
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and campaign recommendations.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving feature adoption at scale.
- Familiarity with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
How you'll make an impact:
- Understand clients' marketing objectives and provide tailored, data-driven solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and recommend actions to optimize results.
- Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring they fully understand platform features and best practices.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to help clients reach their advertising goals.
