Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.).
- Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
- Handle travel arrangements and ticket bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cabs, etc.) for employees and management.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and assist in organizing company events.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office operations as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in front desk, administration, or customer service.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Experience with travel booking portals and vendor coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable appearance with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
