Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.).
  • Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
  • Handle travel arrangements and ticket bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cabs, etc.) for employees and management.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and assist in organizing company events.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office operations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in front desk, administration, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Experience with travel booking portals and vendor coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
