Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Kochi for an HR Faculty position. The HR Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging HR-related courses, mentoring students, and preparing them for successful careers in the field of human resources. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, providing individualized support, conducting assessments, and staying updated on current HR trends to enhance course content.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core HR topics such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively mentor and guide students in skill development and career preparation
  • Experience in designing curriculum and delivering training in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with current HR trends, tools, and best practices
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred
  • 2-3 year industrial experience in HR Filed is required.
