Key Responsibilities

Front Office / Reception - FEMALE

  • Attend visitors, students, parents, and hostel residents politely.
  • Handle phone calls, enquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain front desk, visitor register, attendance register, and basic documentation.
  • Provide information about courses, hostel facilities, fees, and admission process.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage daily office operations and coordinate with different departments.
  • Maintain files, records, and documents (students, hostel residents, office).
  • Prepare letters, reports, notices, and basic communication.
  • Support hostel management with room allocation, check-in/out, and resident updates.
  • Assist in coordinating classes, schedules, and faculty communication.

HR Support

  • Assist in staff attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Help in recruitment activities — calling candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee files and basic HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
