Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote wellness services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, CRM, operations) to align marketing efforts with service delivery.
- Identify target audiences and create segment-specific campaigns.
- Manage and grow the brand's online presence and reputation.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on wellness trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Organize and support promotional events, webinars, and wellness workshops.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in a marketing role (experience in healthcare or wellness preferred)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
