Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of proven experience in managing and scaling digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and analytics, along with leadership skills to manage a small team and drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team; coordinate with design, content, and sales teams.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive leads and conversions.
  • SEO & Content: Manage SEO strategies and collaborate on optimized, engaging content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance; present actionable insights to improve results.
  • Brand & Innovation: Strengthen online presence and adopt the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines.
