About Us:
We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company providing end-to-end solutions in international and domestic cargo movement. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 0–4 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping).
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Own client base in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
