Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon and Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon or Noida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and participating in on-ground marketing activities, such as canopies, to drive awareness and sales. A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales visits to generate new leads and build customer relationships.
  • Present and effectively promote company products and services to potential clients.
  • Engage with potential leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Participate in canopy activities and other field marketing events as required to increase brand visibility.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, updating the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and attend performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Willingness to participate in canopy events and engage with the public in outdoor settings.
