About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales / Lead Generation Team Lead to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in market research/consulting sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing lead generation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales / Lead Generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Research teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
- Track, analyze, and report sales metrics to management for performance improvement.
- Ensure accurate data management and timely updates in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in a market research or consulting firm.
- Proven team handling experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification, sales funnels, and B2B buying processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
