Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Patna. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain back-end web applications, and implementing programming best practices. The role involves managing junior developers, ensuring project milestones are met, and reviewing code for efficiency and security.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Programming
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with leadership and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
