With a focus on student success and holistic learning, the Principal will position the campus as a leading hub for aviation education and global recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall academic, administrative, and student development activities.
  • Proficiency in spoken Tamil is mandatory for the candidate
  • Oversee faculty management, curriculum development, and research initiatives.
  • Looking for professionals with proven experience in aviation industry and established networks in Airport Authority operations.
  • Strengthen industry collaborations, placement opportunities, and global aviation networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, and aviation bodies to enhance institutional visibility and student opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Promote innovation, discipline, and a positive campus culture.

Desired Profile:

  • Postgraduate/Doctoral qualification in Aviation / Management / or related field.
  • Minimum *10+ years of academic and administrative leadership experience*, with proven success as a Principal / VP/ Director / Dean/ HOD.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education systems and aviation industry requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Well-established professional network within the aviation industry
  • Location like Tamilnadu/Kerala/Karnataka candidates more preferable
  • Proficiency in spoken Tamil is mandatory for the candidate
