Position: Office Executive
Department: Administration / Operations
Reports to: Office Manager / HR / Director
Role Overview:
The Office Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, supporting management, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry.
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and housekeeping.
- Assist new employees with onboarding formalities when required.
- Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Office Executive / Office Assistant / Admin role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
