Senior Order To Cash India Lead

About the Role:

As the Senior Order to Cash (OTC) Lead for India, you will bring your deep experience be responsible for driving world-class quality, process efficiency, and operational excellence. A key part of your mandate will be (a) to build and strengthen the OTC team and capabilities in India and Penang and (b) Support OTC SAP system implementation including transitions and process migration.

You will oversee day-to-day OTC activities, build strong relationships across global and local teams, and foster engagement, development, and high performance within the India OTC team to ensure retention and operational resilience.

UK Shift. It will be expected that the candidate will be flexible as necessary to meet the needs of a global delivery team.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Scale up the existing OTC team in India (and build out Penang), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and capability development

Oversee the OTC process — from order management, billing, collections, and cash application to dispute resolution and reporting.

Establish, Monitor and manage KPIs such as DSO, etc.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.

Support internal and external audits and manage escalations effectively.

Support regional and global stakeholders, representing the India/Penang OTC team

Collaborate with global process owners to align O2C operations with global standards and best practices.

Drive Process Automation and build synergies across products through centralized billing

Work collaboratively and closely with Finance, Sales, Product, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth end-to-end order management and cash realization

EXPERIENCE:

Deep expertise in running an Order to Cash Finance function

Experience in managing an Order to Cash Team of 20+ plus people

Willing to be hands on in an entrepreneurial setup

Experience and strong functional familiarity in managing Order to Cash process in an SAP / Salesforce environment.

15+ years of experience in Finance with a specialization in Order to Cash process

Graduate in Commerce/Accounting. MBA/CA/ICWA is preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills – written and oral

Experience in change/transformation/grounds up build out of an Order to Cash function within Financial Services
