  • Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, cash application, dispute management, and collection management.
  • Oversee invoice billing and cash collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Analyze financial data using managerial finance principles to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize O2C operations for maximum efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-14 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process with expertise in Invoice Billing, Dispute Management, Cash Application, Collection Management.
  • Strong understanding of O2C Cash Application, O2C Billing, Dispute Management, Invoice Billing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
