Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience inmanaging core accounting functions, preferably in the travel and tourism sector. The idealcandidate must be well -versed in XLWeb Pro software, have a proven track record of teamleadership, and possess strong skills in compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts. Key Responsibilities: ​ Supervise and manage a team of 5+ accounts staff. Handle day -to -day accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry. Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes. Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&Lreports. Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and statutory bodies during audit processes. Oversee vendor payments, billing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking. Utilize xLWebPro efficiently for all accounting and reporting tasks. Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes. Support management with accurate MIS reports and financial analysis.Requirements Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role. Industry preference: Travel, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors. Proficiency in XLWeb Pro, Tally, and MS Office (especially Excel). Hands -on knowledge of GST/TDS filing, compliance, and final accountspreparation. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small accounts team. Detail -oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Benefits As per industry
