Exciting Opportunity: Shop Assistant (Female)

Living in Bhubaneswar near CS pur

Rishika Threads and Fabrics is looking for a shop Assistant to support our shop. This role is ideal for individuals residing in the nearby Housing Board Colony, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the daily activities and customer handling.
  • Help drive sales by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
  • Help in preparing materials, cutting and organizing stock.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment with the customers
  • Address any immediate issues or queries customers may have

Working Hours: 8-10 hours a day will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in hindi and local language
  • Patience and enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Residing in or near the Housing Board Colony, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar
