Role Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with Advanced WordPress Development skills to manage, enhance, and innovate across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and technology teams to build exceptional user experiences for our events, advisory services, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and advanced functionalities to support global event platforms.

* Integrate APIs, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) into WordPress.

* Design and develop scalable web solutions supporting high-traffic events and digital campaigns.

* Build custom Gutenberg blocks and/or optimize popular page builders like Elementor to meet design specifications.

* Create and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end.

* Optimize site performance, ensure SEO compliance, and implement website security standards.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Event Production to implement technical requirements.

* Stay ahead of the curve with emerging digital trends to keep our web platforms innovative.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on WordPress.

* Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+).

* Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.

* Advanced knowledge of WordPress ecosystem: Custom Post Types, Custom Fields (ACF), Taxonomies, and Multisite Networks.

* Familiarity with or experience in Headless CMS environments.

* Understanding of SEO technical fundamentals and Core Web Vitals optimization.

* Proficiency in Git version control and deployment pipelines.

* Experience with Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean) and basic server management.
