Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 23 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit (technical, functional, and cultural).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining high quality of hires.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT/industry-specific as per requirement).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with an ATS (preferred).
