Hiring Human Resource Manager for a real estate company. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of human resources for the company.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Implementation and maintenance of all HR Practices and processes.
  • Responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR functions.
  • Managing general HR practices such as Recruitment, Performance Management system, Training & Development, Compensations and Benefits.
  • Designing policies and implementing new policies as per the need of the organization.
  • Overall responsible for promoting HR best practices (Great place to work initiative) across the firm.
  • Identifying Training needs and organize internal and external training for all the departments.
  • Processing payroll, reimbursements and other compensation benefits for the employees.
  • Supervising the joining and exit activities and conducting the same.
  • Actively involved in designing KRAs and performance Management System.
  • Organizing development.
  • Employee Engagement & Rewards and Recognition.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate with MBA in HR with 8 to 13 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidates that can join with 15 days to 1 month will be considered.
