Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

This individual will be responsible for leading the digital brand strategies, marketing plans, to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Campaigns

· Execute digital campaigns in line with Seasonal & Regular Campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience

Content & Creative support

· Developing content via shoots/influencers etc for digital platforms for each brand in coordination with creative agencies and outside vendors.

· Support internal teams in development of POSM, product launches, photoshoots etc.

Social Media & PR

· Developing innovative strategies to drive awareness & engagement on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

· Coordinating with agencies to execute digital initiatives.

· Coordinate PR activations with the agency

Qualifications

· MBA or Equivalent in Marketing

· years' experience in Digital Marketing roles or worked in a Client facing profile at Advertising Agencies

· Preferred Industries: Footwear, Retail, Lifestyle brands

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

·
Needs to have good communication and inter-personal skills

· Should be a self-starter

· Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders

Reporting Structure

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
