Role & Responsibilities:

· Call existing and potential customers to promote products and services

· Record customer purchase orders accurately and process all purchases

· Generate promising leads for the outside sales team

· Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

· Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer objections and drive sales

· Develop product knowledge to recommend suitable products based on customer needs

· Consistently achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets

Must have:

· Graduate or equivalent degree

· 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in telesales (English voice process) with experience in outbound and inbound calling

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Languages: English, Hindi (Mandatory)

· Age not more than 33 years

· Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts
