Open Positions:

  • Quality Engineer (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
  • QA/QC Technician

Experience Required:

1 to 5 years in quality engineering / quality assurance

Preferred: Instrumentation valves, tube fittings, manifolds, or autoclave manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for instrumentation valves, fittings, manifolds, and autoclave systems
  • Perform inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final assemblies
  • Conduct dimensional, functional, and material testing using calibrated instruments and QA tools
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, DIN standards
  • Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain documentation of inspection results, deviations, NCRs, and CAPA reports
  • Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, or related field
  • Knowledge of QA/QC practices, inspection tools, and testing methods
  • Familiarity with instrumentation valves, tube fittings, manifolds, autoclave systems
  • Understanding of pressure vessels, piping systems, and sealing mechanisms
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in QA/QC for tube fittings, valve assemblies, manifolds
  • Exposure to autoclave/laboratory equipment manufacturing
  • Understanding of R&D and prototyping support for QA
  • Familiarity with calibration, testing standards, and audit procedures

Salary Range:

₹ 15,000 – ₹ 35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
