The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation inmanual and automation testing , experience managing a small QA team, and a solid grasp ofSelenium (with Python) ,Cypress , orPlaywrightframeworks.Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing Design, develop, and execute test cases in accordance with requirements and specifications. Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing. Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements. Provide structured feedback on quality issues and product improvements.Automation Testing Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts usingSelenium (Python) ,Cypress , orPlaywright . Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines . Identify opportunities for automation to enhance test efficiency and coverage. Ensure automation scripts are robust, reusable, and well-documented.Team Management Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and standards. Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for project releases.Key SkillsMinimum5 years of experiencein QA, including1–2 years managing a QA team . Proven expertise inautomation testing(Selenium with Python, Cypress, or Playwright). Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC. Experience withversion control systems(Git) andCI/CD tools(Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI). Familiarity withAgile/Scrumdevelopment environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. Experience in performance testing tools (e.g.,JMeter ,LoadRunner ) preferred. Knowledge of additional programming languages ( JavaScript ,TypeScript ) is a plus. ISTQB certificationor equivalent is an advantage.
