Mandatory Skills
- 1-Experience in different types of Statistical Tools and Technical to analyses data

2-Should have Design experience of gauges and methord of measuring techniques

3-Should have experience in Measuring instruments

4-Knowledge of measuring system analyses(MSA) like R&R studies and gauge calibration

5-Should have experience in handling a team

6-Experience in manufacturing processes

Desired Skills
- 1-Knowledge of Statistics

2-Knowledge of SAP, TQM and ISO

3-Knowledge of quality assurance tools such as Six Sigma, 5S,Kaizen etc

Role & Responsibilities:
1-To validate the component as per customer requirement.

2-To analyse and report the data collected

3-To design new gauges and instruments.

4-To interact and follow with other departments as and when required

5-To ensure calibiration of measuring instruments upto date as per measurment control.

6-To analyse the vendor rating and report it to manager.

7-To plan and conduct the quality audit in the company.

8-To formulate measuring parameters for incoming materials

9-To conduct and resolve CAPA issues

10-To establish the calibration system of instuments and guages and sustain

11-To prepare and submit MIS report to the manager

12-To control the cost of Quality (Scrap, Rejections and FOC)

13-To give the quality training to the concerned employees

14-Retention of Team Members

15-Motivating Team Members

16-Submitting MIS reports to the Manager Quality

17-Need to Knowledge of Machine Validation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
