Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilledAI Quality Automation Engineerwith strong expertise inPython programmingto join our offshore engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation frameworks, AI-driven testing methodologies, and end-to-end quality engineering processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure high-quality product releases.Job Title:Quality Automation Engineer Experience Level:Minimum 6+ YearsKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implementautomated test scriptsand frameworks usingPython . Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to identify and address quality challenges early in the SDLC. IntegrateAI and ML-based testing toolsto enhance test efficiency and coverage. Develop robust test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Perform API testing, UI automation, and backend data validation. Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide clear defect documentation. Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing pipelines for scalability and reliability. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ yearsof experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation. StrongPython programmingskills (mandatory). Proven experience withautomation frameworkssuch as PyTest, Selenium, or Robot Framework. Hands-on experience inAI/ML-driven testing toolsor frameworks. Experience withCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps). Familiarity withAPI testing(Postman, REST Assured, etc.). Solid understanding ofsoftware testing methodologiesandQA best practices . Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
